Prior to joining the firm, Amir Ghaeenzadeh worked at a national preeminent defense firm. As part of that practice, Mr. Ghaeenzadeh was involved in numerous cases involving wrongful death and catastrophic injuries each involving high exposure claims.

Mr. Ghaeenzadeh is admitted to the Florida Bar and is admitted to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida, Middle District of Florida, and Southern District of Florida. Mr. Ghaeenzadeh has represented multiple clients, including many condominium homeowners’ associations, resorts and hotels, hospitality venues, night entertainment entities, retail stores, private transportation companies, and municipalities. Mr. Ghaeenzadeh has represented the following insurance companies and their insureds: RSUI, Sedgwick, Houston International Insurance Group (HIIG), CHUBB, Philadelphia Insurance Companies, AIG, AmTrust, Allied World, Aspen Insurance, Selective Insurance, York Risk Service Group, Preferred Governmental Insurance Trust, Broadspire, and Great Prairie Risk Solutions, Inc.

As a persuasive litigator, Mr. Ghaeenzadeh passionately represents clients’ interests, working diligently to analyze case merits, minimize risk, and propel positive resolutions to complex legal matters. Mr. Ghaeenzadeh has a proven success achieving case dismissals, no-fault judgments, and advantageous settlements. Mr. Ghaeenzadeh has considerable experience dealing with automobile and trucking negligence, and premises liability resulting in catastrophic injuries and wrongful death.

Throughout law school, Mr. Ghaeenzadeh worked as an intern at a Fortune 500 global staffing firm, Adecco North America. He gained drafting, negotiating, and pre-trial litigation experience handling several multi-million dollar contracts. Additionally, Mr. Ghaeenzadeh interned at the Fifth District Court of Appeals in Daytona, Florida and Eighteenth Judicial Circuit in Viera, Florida during his first summer term in law school.
